Dukan Diet Day 54

It's Day 54 and I have gained back 5lbs from the holidays.  No worries, I am back on the low carb eating plan.  I have 15lbs to go to reach my ideal weight.

I kept the diet simple with easy choices in my hectic schedule.  I continue to eat Greek Yogurt with Oat Bran for breakfast, an omelet for lunch or salad with protein, for dinner, I eat the no carb portion of dinner I make for the family.  Tacos is still my favorite low carb.  

So there, I will post the moment the 5lbs has vanished from my waistline.  The best thing is fitting into my jeans!!!
